urban legends. Most of them are not true and the remaining considered haunted
and proved. If you want to visit these locations, you need to seek permission

places in the state and their stories.
Hacienda Restaurant: A private mansion turned into a restaurant and rumor is that it is haunted by a maid spirit. She committed suicide because she had an affair with the mansion owner and he cheated on her. After that, the owner shot himself in the basement. According to the locals, he died because of the maid's spirit.
Avon Haunted Bridge: A railroad bridge built in 1906. So, the legend says the mother and her baby died on the track. Visitors see the ghost of the mother carrying her baby and walking on the track.
Whispers Estate: A well-known haunted location to everyone and paranormal investigators run a TV show on this estate. Many paranormal occurrences took place here like voice, vibration, ghost apparitions, and bad smell.
Roads Hotel: This hotel was built in the year 1893 and it was rumored to be haunted by many spirits. Visitors reported the ghostly appearance of men and women, disembodied voices, and footsteps. Sometimes doors close automatically by themselves.
Elkhart Civic Theatre: The theatre was haunted by ghosts. During nighttime, the sewing machines, and objects are moved inside by themselves. Staff members claimed that they were grabbed by the ghost of a person who died there previously. Percival Hilbert is the name of a ghost believed to live here. He died inside the basement by committing suicide.
Saint Mary's College: A girl committed suicide here by hanging herself at Le Mans Hall bell tower. After her death, students saw blood stains on the fourth floor and stairs. Her spirit was seen hanging on the top during nighttime.
